Variable mobile partition-walls allow for a variety of additional set-ups. All foyers in the Congress Center can be used for various events or can be integrated in the conference rooms.

• For set-up and dismantling times in the Congress Center we charge 50 % of the listed prices.
• Full-Day: 10 consecutive hours between 0.00 am to 24.00 p.m.
  Half-Day: 6 consecutive hours between 0.00 am to 24.00 p.m.
• The half-day rent is only applicable on the first or last day of an event or for single day events.
• For each hour exceeding the regular full day use, 1/10 of the full day rate will be charged.
• Should rooms be used more than 6 hours, the full day rate will automatically apply.

All mentioned rates are net and do not include 20 % VAT and 1 % legal transaction fee. (*)

Following services are included in the room rental of the Congress Center:

• Layout of the set-up at the beginning of the event, once only
  (classroom or theatre, banquet with square tables – banquet set-up on round tables as well as stage-elements will be charged additionally)
• Cleaning in the conference areas daily once before the beginning of the event
• General Lighting
• Heating and Ventilation

The room set-up layout has to be fixed at least one week prior to the beginning of the event. We try to accommodate all additional requests occurring during or after the set-up. However, we kindly ask for you understanding that we have to charge these changes additionally.

(*) Under § 15 section 2 of the Austrian Gebührengesetzes 1957 in the version of Gebührennovelle 1976, BGBI. Ne. 668/76 from 30.11.76, Reed Messe Wien is obliged to levy 1% of the gross invoice amount and pay that amount to the Austrian Tax Office.
