As a company we have organised already several events at Reed Messe Vienna. From a group of 800 pax in the conference center only, to a large International congress using the entire space we have tried and tested the services there. The venue itself is really flexible and possesses the opportunity to host events of all shapes and sizes. However we found the team we worked with to be even more flexible! The services provided where always top notch, throughout the entire process of request-site inspections- on site event and invoicing. I have to say that organising an event with the experts at Messe Wien is an absolute pleasure. Last year we hosted the largest ever get-together in our history: the 2011 World Newspaper Week saw more than 8.000 exhibition visitors and 1.200 congress delegates from more than 100 countries converge on the Messe Wien. Managing an event of this size would have been impossible for a small team like ours without the support of the Messe Wien Congress team. I should also mention the excellent and flexible on-site facilities, which suited our requirements down to the ground – we look forward to returning to the Danube! |
