A Fresh Start with a New Name: From Messe Wien to VIECON
Since the beginning of the year, we operate under the name VIECON – a name that clearly expresses our international focus, core strengths, and passion for outstanding events. Operations are managed by Wiener Messe und Congress GmbH, a Wien Holding company. As hosts of international congresses, trade fairs, conferences, and events, we are setting new benchmarks in quality, service, and hospitality.
Why VIECON? – A Name That Speaks for Itself
The previous name “Messe Wien” no longer reflected our evolved profile. Our focus on globally oriented congresses and exhibitions has steadily grown – economically, strategically, and in the perception of our partners worldwide.
